All reservation requests are subject to confirmation. Your reservation will be processed during office hours within 24-48 hours of receiving the booking request. You will be notified once your booking has been accepted and the deposit has been processed.
Minimum two night bookings.
Minimal five night bookings are accepted for dates 19th December 2020 – 19th January 2021, unless otherwise specified.

Requirement at the time of confirmation of booking is 50% deposit of total tariff for all seasons.
Payment in full of all tariffs must be paid 7 Days Prior to Arrival.
Keys and or remotes will not be issued until check-in day unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
If a booking is made outside of six months from your arrival date, a non-refundable $250 holding deposit is required within 24 hours of making the booking. Should the deposit not be paid six months prior to your booking, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Forms of payment accepted are credit card or direct bank transfer.

We have a no cash policy. Guests wishing to pay monies by credit card (MC or VISA) will incur a surcharge of 1.75% (Domestic Australian credit cards) and 2.9% (International credit cards).
A $1000 security bond is required for all bookings. A valid credit card (MC or VC) copy will be required by reception two days prior to check-in. It is to be kept on file as security and destroyed after departure and once the property has been inspected. If no credit card is available, we require a $1000 bank transfer security bond. This will be processed by this office and refunded after guest departure and once the property has been inspected. In the case where the guest is found liable for damages, excess cleaning charges, breakages or damages, the security bond will be charged accordingly.
No keys will be issued until a credit card copy or a cash security bond has been paid.
Please note: We do not accept payment by PayPal or other third party.
In order to accept a booking you will be required to supply a copy of your drivers licence or passport. If your booking is paid by credit card, we also require a copy of the front and back of the credit card used for the booking. These documents will be securely destroyed upon departure and final inspection.
In the event of a guest cancelling outside 30 days of scheduled arrival, the deposit will be refunded with an administration service fee of 3% of the deposit paid. This will be charged to the person cancelling the booking. If cancellation is requested within 30 days of scheduled arrival, no refund of the deposit shall be made. This is unless the property is re-booked for a reservation identical in all respects to this reservation. It is a condition that all reservations remain subject to approval by the owner of the property. Please note that there is no refund available when a $250 holding deposit has been paid (for bookings made outside of six months prior to arrival).
Changes and alterations to any booking can only be made more than 30 days outside of your arrival date. Any changes made within 30 days of your arrival date attracts the same conditions as a cancellation as stated above.
Note, that if a booking is cancelled within 30 days, management will make all reasonable effort to secure another booking for the cancelled dates. However it is strongly recommended that guests take out travel insurance to avoid loss of deposit in the event that another booking is not secured.
If circumstances beyond the control of Jasmines affect this reservation (such as flood, fire, act of God, war or threat of war, physical unrest, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activities (threatened or actual), global medical pandemic, strikes, port or airport closure, technical problems with transport, alteration or cancellation of scheduled travel services) then Jasmines may, at its discretion, cancel this reservation and offer a proportional refund of monies paid by the guest.
Linen and cleaning:
Jasmines has linen and towels supplied. This property is not serviced. The property is a smoke free dwelling and must be kept clean and tidy of litter at all times. Rubbish bins are required to be placed out for collection on Sunday nights.
Use of the Property:
Jasmines is a STRICTLY NON-SMOKING property. Evidence of smoking will incur a $1000 fee.
Jasmines is a residential dwelling. The property is to be used as a residential dwelling for residential purposes by the guests and the number of occupants nominated on the Guest Registration Form. The Property is not to be used for any other purpose or by any greater number of occupants. The use of the property for a function, a party or other like gathering is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. No Schoolies bookings are permitted. If you use the property for a large function, party or other like gathering, or for purposes other than as a residential dwelling for residential purposes:
(a) Your reservation of the property will be terminated.
(b) The guest(s) and other occupants of the property will be removed from it.
(c) A charge of $1000 will be issued to compensate for any extra cleaning and damage repair to the property.
Children are welcome at this property although we recommend children aged 8 years and above. Please check these details carefully prior to your booking.
We ask that all guests are considerate of the neighbours and ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm.
All guests are expected to abide by local laws.
The property has Telstra wireless internet connection with ample data allowance. As it is capped we recommend that it is not used for large data downloads. Once the cap is reached it will automatically slow the connection speed. The operation of any internet connection during this reservation is not guaranteed. The cost of using any internet connection is included in the Tariff. Jasmines is not responsible for, or liable in respect of, the availability or any disruption of any internet connection.
All keys/remotes must be returned to the security box upon departure. Lost keys will incur a recutting charge and may incur locksmith’s fee and/or lock replacement fees.
Please ensure that doors are locked when leaving the property at any time.
This property has a strict no pet or animal policy. Evidence of animals will incur a $1000 fee. No allowances provided.
Parking garage is provided with remote access. Ample on site, uncovered, parking is also available.
Belongings left behind in properties:
The guest is responsible to ensure that all personal belongings are removed from the property at the end of this reservation. Jasmines will use its best endeavours to locate the items reported by the guest as left in the property, when the property is next vacant. Any items found will be returned at the guest’s expense to the guest at the booking address.
All guests are responsible for keeping the property secure during their stay and will be responsible for any theft or damage to the owners property due to neglect in this area. It is important to ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked prior to departing the property and keys returned to the security box upon check out.
Please report any maintenance / breakdown of equipment as soon as you can. Jasmines will make every effort for any repairs as quickly as possible. However, we offer no guarantee of their availability or serviceability during your stay. No refund or reduction in tariff will be made for non availability of any of these items for any part of the stay.
Should Jasmines believe that the Terms and Conditions of the tenancy have been or are being breached, the property may be inspected at any time during this reservation upon demand and without notice. Jasmines may inspect the property at all other times during this reservation upon 24 hours verbal notice. Failure to provide required access to the property may result in the termination of this reservation of the property and removal of the guest and other occupants from the property.
If this reservation of the property is terminated, the owner of the property is authorised to do all things necessary to remove the guests and other occupants from the property, at your cost. The tariff applicable to the balance of this reservation will be forfeited to the owner of the property with no refund.
Vacating the property:
You must vacate the property in the clean state that you found it. Please have all areas cleaned including the stove, the BBQ, the sink with dishes washed or placed into the dishwasher. Please remove rubbish and placed into the appropriate bin. Excess cleaning charges may be applied if it is left in an untidy state.
The property must be left locked and keys returned to the security box.
Please inform Jasmines reception of any damages that have occurred during your stay. We do allow for normal wear but any unreasonable damage to furniture or property will incur the appropriate costs. This will be deducted from your security deposit/bond paid.
No liability is accepted for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the owners control. No responsibility is taken for guests personal property left on or near the premises. It is recommended that guests take out personal property insurance or adequate travel insurance should any unexpected situations arise before or during your travel period.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Jasmines and its current employees and agents from all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic loss, property loss or damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or stay at Jasmines for any reason whatsoever.
You agree to indemnify Jasmines, and its current employees and agents, for all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of an kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury including personal injury and death) incurred or suffered by Jasmines employees arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your stay at Jasmines. This is in exception of that caused or contributed to by Jasmines, its employee’s or agent’s negligence.
